Return & Exchange Policy
Renewed Outdoors, LLC
At Renewed Outdoors, LLC, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell and appreciate your business.
Returns
We accept returns only for products that are damaged or defective/faulty.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date
- The item must be returned to the same store location where it was purchased
- The customer must provide either:
- the original printed receipt, or
- the emailed receipt
If a product is determined to be damaged or defective, we will provide a return, replacement, or store-approved resolution at our discretion.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer product exchanges within 7 days of purchase when:
- the product is unopened, and/or
- the product is unused
- the item is returned with a printed or emailed receipt
- the item is brought back to the original store location where it was purchased
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Bulk materials
- Any product that has been opened, used, or altered, unless it is confirmed to be damaged or defective
- Any product returned without proof of purchase
- Any product returned after 7 days
Important Notes
- All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by store management
- Refunds or exchanges may be denied if the item does not meet the policy requirements above
- Products must be returned in the condition required under this policy
